Timing and Shipping
- We ship your orders directly from Bali to your address with UPS (3 business days delivery) or by EMS (Express Mail Service) or FedEx or DHL or TNT. (Most recommend using UPS)
- Our prices exclude shipping and handling charges.
- Payment for shipping is always in US-Dollar and shipping costs can be settled directly to respected shipping company, but you should have account in there. Otherwise you can settle the shipping cost to us by wire transfer (full amount) or PayPal to our account prior to shipping.
Payment
Our terms for payment :
- We accept your payment for orders in US Dollar.
- For smaller order and sample order under US$ 1,500, we require full payment (full amount) in advance.
- The order more than US$ 1,500
60% payment by wire transfer (full amount) or PayPal at the time of order and 40% balance that is due by the time of shipping. Prices and Terms:
- Our prices are quoted in US-Dollar and exclude shipping and handling charges.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice but it will be updated on the web-site when they occur. In the unlikely event changes are made while you order is in process, you will notified and be able to accept or refuse any change.
- If a refund has to be made due to a change which you are not in agreement with, we will make a full refund of the amount in question less any bank charges levied by the bank to transfer the money back to you.
