- You just have to write us an email with the product category; model, size, and material.
- Minimum order requirement for bone carving is 5 pieces per design.
- If you want to order based on your own design, please give us the picture or scats of your model including measurement and the material that you like.
- For the private design; we will confirm it after we made a sample of your model than if you agree we will directly produce it.
- If the design have not same that you want, we will make it again until the model is suit to yours. For this case we will charge you 100% more if your order less than 5 pieces/pair and 50% more if your order is less than 50 pieces/pair
Upon receiving your order by e-mail, we will issue a sales confirmation (pending order) automatically to your email. If your order is confirmed, we will request a 60 % deposit of total value of your goods to our account or our PayPal account, along with information about approximate production time and if it is required, estimation of shipping cost. This rule applies for minimum order, US$ 1,500. For smaller order under US$ 1,500, we require full payment in advance.
We accept payment with PayPal or wire transfer (full amount) to our bank account.
Whenever we received your payment to our account, we will proceed your order directly.
Upon completion of your order and prior to shipping, we will ask you to transfer the remaining balance (order more than US$ 1,500), which is due at the time of shipping (please see Term and Conditions)
